The Boston Bruins (+650) and Tampa Bay Lightning (+650) will enter the restart as the Moneyline favorites to win. The Vegas Golden Knights (+800) are the top Western Conference team to win the 2020 Stanley Cup Final. That being said, the Pittsburgh Penguins (+1500) are the most popular Stanley Cup Finals pick, with 32 percent of total outright bets despite having the fifth-best odds. Also a popular Stanley Cup Final pick are the Chicago Blackhawks (+7500) with 26% of winning bets despite the second-worst odds of teams involved in the restart.

The NHL Restart will take play in two “hub cities.” Eastern Conference games will take place at Scotiabank Place in Toronto and Western Conference games will take place at Rogers Place in Edmonton. Once the qualification and playoff seeding games are finished, the first round of the 2020 Stanley Cup Playoffs will begin on Aug.t 11, with the second round tentatively beginning on Aug. 25, the Conference finals tentatively set to begin Sept. 8 and the Stanley Cup Final beginning on Sept. 22.
