The greatest female mixed martial artist of all time returns to the cage this Saturday night as Amanda “The Lioness” Nunes faces off against Felicia Spencer in the main event of UFC 250: Nunes vs. Spencer. UFC 250 takes place on Saturday, June 6 at UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. The preliminary card begins at 6 p.m. ET on ESPN, with the PPV beginning at 10 p.m. ET. BetRivers.com & PlaySugarHouse.com has odds up for this incredible card.

There are five house specials worth your consideration.

  • Amanda Nunes to win by KO/TKO/DQ in Round 1 or Round 2 (+100)
  • Alex Caceres vs. Chase Hooper finishes inside Round 1. (+150)
  • Sean O’Malley and Neil Magny each win by KO/TKO/DQ (+1750)
  • Cody Stamann and Gerald Meerschaert each to win by submission (+4100)
  • Evan Dunham, Alonzo Menifield and Alex Perez each win by KO/TKO/DQ. (+4400).

Nunes, the only two-division women’s champion in UFC history (-670), is an overwhelming moneyline favorite to defeat Spencer (+475) to retain her women’s featherweight championship at UFC 250. The main event is by far the most popular fight on the UFC 250 card on BetRivers.com & PlaySugarHouse.com, receiving just over 30 percent of the total handle for the event. 90 percent of the bets on this fight are for Amanda Nunes to win.

Nunes has won ten straight inside The Octagon, but is defending her featherweight championship for the first time since knocking out Cris Cyborg in a title unification fight, in December 2018. Of Nunes’ ten consecutive victories, only two have gone to a judges’ decision, the most recent coming in her last outing against Germaine de Randamie in a women’s bantamweight championship fight, in December 2019.

In other action on the card, rising superstar “Suga” Sean O’Malley (-455) takes on scrappy veteran Eddie Wineland (+333) in the opening fight of the PPV. This is the fourth UFC appearance for O’Malley, who has entered each of his four fights as the heavy betting favorite. Wineland enters the fight with two straight losses, both in which he entered as the betting underdog. Just over 20 percent of the entire handle for UFC 250 is on this fight, with 95 percent of those bets so far on O’Malley to win.

In addition to Wineland vs. O’Malley, there are two other large bantamweight fights on the main card that will play a role in the title contention race. Cody “No Love” Garnbrandt vs. Raphael Assuncao and Aljamain Sterling v. Cory Sandhagen will both be big fights come Saturday night.

Garnbrandt, a former UFC bantamweight champion, is currently receiving 85 percent of the backing to beat Assuncao, despite entering the fight on a three-fight losing streak. Sterling v. Sandhagen is split right down the middle at 50-50 handle each way.

With bantamweight champion Henry Cejudo’s career very much up in the air, following his controversial retirement following UFC 249 in May, the winners of these two fights will have a lot to say about where they stand at the top of the top contender list.

On the UFC 250 preliminary card, the fight getting the most interest from bettors is Alex Caceres vs. Chase Hooper as the fight is getting nearly 12 percent of the total handle for UFC 250. Hooper, an unbeaten top prospect, was impressive in his UFC debut, defeating David Teymur via first-round TKO, in December 2019. He enters the Saturday fight with 80 percent of bets to win so far.
