I have not had a good feel for this series through two games — I took Milwaukee’s money line in Game 2 and they lost by 39 — so take everything that I’m about to say with a grain of salt, but … are we sure that the team that lost the first two games of this series by a combined 47 points should be favored?

I guess, at some point, Milwaukee has to start making some shots. And I guess, at some point, Brooklyn is going to stop posting shooting splits of 49-43-91 as a team. And, if we’re being honest, Blake Griffin tapping into the fountain of youth and outplaying Khris Middleton probably isn’t going to last forever.

But … the Bucks have been a mess. They’re without Donte DiVincenzo. They don’t have an answer for Kevin Durant, and they can’t figure out how to get Giannis to be effective against this Nets defense. Is this game going to be when Mike Budenholzer finally has that stroke of genius that turns Milwaukee into a winner?

I don’t think so.

So I’ll be on the Nets here. And I’ll also be playing their moneyline, which sits at (+135) right now.
